Appointments:
Well child exams should be scheduled in advance and may be with a particular provider if desired. If we are seeing your child for a well visit for the first time, we must receive records, including immunizations, from the previous provider before the visit.

Sick appointments are made through the day as needed. Requests for sick visits can almost always be accomodated, and a specific physician may be requested but will be dependent on availability.

We are happy to schedule a complimentary prenatal visit before your baby is born. These visits are an opportunity for expecting parents to see the office and sit down with a physician to answer any questions.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 24 hours ahead. There is a $20.00 charge for missed appointments. Please understand that once you have scheduled an appointment, that time is reserved for you and requests from others are declined. If you have missed more than 3 appointments without calling ahead to reschedule, we may ask that you transfer to another practice.

Telephone:
During office hours the telephone is answered by our registered nurses. The nurses provide advice and schedule appointments. If you request to speak with a physician, the nurse will interrupt the physician if the nature of the call is urgent, otherwise the physician will call you back at a convenient time.

Forms: Please allow 2 days for the completion of school, sports and camp forms.
