We accept most insurance plans*. Please present your insurance card at the time of check-in for every visit. Our front desk staff will collect the co-pay, if
applicable, at that time. We accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit card. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.

It is your responsibility to understand how the benefits of your insurance plan apply to your child's visit. Your plan has provided you with an information
booklet and/or 1-800 number for your questions. After your insurance has paid its share, the guarantor for the patient's account will be billed. Prompt payment within 30 days is expected. Visitors to the area may be asked to pay their bill in full on the day of service, depending on the insurance plan. If you need assistance applying for the Medicaid Dr. Dynasaur program, our staff can help you.

* The insurance companies we are contracted with are Vermont Medicaid (including the Dr. Dynasaur program and managed care plan Primary Care Plus), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont and its reciprocal states, The Vermont Health Plan (TVHP), MVP, MVP Select, CDPHP, Great West Health Plan, CBA/EBPA, Meritain Health and Champus Tricare. If you have insurance through a company not listed above, we will bill your insurance company as a courtesy and you will be billed the balance.
